Was the ORP probe calibrated? Are you using an ozone generator? If it’s morning and the lights haven’t come on there is less oxygen because photosynthesis has not been active to produce more oxygen. A skimmer being off or nitrates rising could lower it. If the water was getting too warm or water movement being off. Make sure all the equipment is functioning properly.

I’d ignore it unless you detect apparently dead organisms. Even if accurate, it is a false idea, IMO, that higher ORP is necessarily desirable.

I discuss ORP in great detail here:

It's not that I'm alarming about it. After reading many posts that it's "sort of" meaningless data for us. My tank visually don't have a problem, I constantly struggle to get my ph stay above 8.1(if it matters)
I'm just trying to understand why it's on lower end compare to most people's readings of orp!

And correct me if I'm wrong, naptune claims orp probes don't need to be calibrated, especially if I just set it up. It's new basically

That's a complicated question. It is true that they do not need calibration the way that a pH meter does, but some ORP meters allow adjustments for calibration that means they can also be set wrong. Calibration in this case may mean as little as checking the reading in a standard solution is roughly correct, but probes do get stuff on them that impacts the readings and may require cleaning and/or calibration.
