What are some easy to keep centrepiece fish for a 100 gallon?

I currently have a mimic tang and a clownfish pair in my tank. This is a FOWLR tank so I’m open to not reef safe options.

I believe that angelfish don’t need any more space than a similar fish of that size. And dwarf angelfish like Flames and Coral Beautys can fit in as small as a 40 breeder.
