These are raised brown spots at the edges of the heads of my acans. The seem to be raised up and a little furry maybe. I tried to blow them off with a turkey baster but no luck. They are upsetting my acans and have been growing for about a month, not sure what it is. Any ideas? I don’t believe it’s brown jelly but I haven’t found anything online about something similar with other acans.

Just to clarify, in this picture in particular, this is what I’m referring to (highlighted in yellow). From a quick Google i don’t know if they look like hydroids to me.

Don’t believe so. I was considering taking them out and brushing them but didn’t want to hurt the acans. Would that be bad?…
