I don't believe it's coralline, I don't think I've ever seen coralline make the bubbles like that. I believe it could be one of many other types of algae common in our tanks.

Try looking at the tank some time after the lights go out and the tank is dark. If there's no bubbles at night, that's a strong sign the bubbles are oxygen caused by photosynthesis
