These look like some sort of small feather duster. It's not cyano despite looking like red slime, they close at night and are starting to spread on rocks.

Looked spaghetti works up and the tenticals are more like a Xenia or a gsp in my case. They close at night and they're casing looks like little blackheads on the rock/send

Not slime. I've had Cyano and this is definitely not it. They close at night and you can see their little black shells/ casing

That's what I'm thinking. They look like a small red GSP Just posted some clearer pics

It sort of looks like a Sarcothelia which includes the blue clove polyp but doesn’t seem as if there’s any blue in yours so not sure if its another species in the family or not

They may be colonial hydroids. Can not tell from the pics, just based off of your description.

In the Zoa pic I’m seeing clove polyps. Certain types can be quite invasive.

Yeah, zoa pics make it clear, this is some sort of softie octocoral, probably clove polyps of a sort. Can be very invasive and frustrating to deal with, but at least they serve as some form of nutrient export for you
