Hey guys! Today before going to bed I was shining a flashlight so I could get around. The flashlight hit an angle against the tank where I could see so many things flying around. SO MANY.

Now, I was used with a bunch of normal cope pods being in my tank and since I got a mandarin I never really see them unless theyre REALLY small babies walking on the glass.

But this is different, these dont look like they walk, more like float and twitch to be able to “swim”.

I believe these could be pods but I have never seen or noticed them ever before in my tank with lights on, even with lights out. This has got to be a first for a swarm of these things.

Kind of look like sperms. Never seen cope pods that look like that before.

Either a type of copepod or a larvae of something. Some copepods move by that twitch like movement

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
