But it's been in quarantine with no anemones or corals. How could it have been stung?

Thats weird because it is typical with clowns. Looking at clowns on a larger screen, this may be a condition known as Hyper-Melanization in which the black dots are turbellarian worms. Treating with Prazi Pro should help

Dose for prazi is 8 days, water change Day 9 and dose 8 more days. Its takes 36-48 hours to start working on the fish. One day treatment wont do it

Hi,

In both videos, the one clown makes a rush against the other one. This aggression needs to stop. The best way to do that would be to use a tank divider. It may look harmless to you, but it will damage the fish. The fact that the aggression is taking place while you are right there means it is serious. Most clownfish stop fighting when a person is near the tank like that.

But what about those spots? Also can I use prazi in conjunction with copper?

I prefer not to treat copper and prazi, but it can be done.
Drop in a tank divider and increase the aeration, then you can try prazi.
