I’ve been in the hobby for a while now. I have seen the most common illnesses. I haven’t ever seen these before though. They started off as lumps on the belly and seems like something started to protrude from the bumps. I have pictures. Please let me know what you all think. (The little white spots in the picture are light reflecting in camera, wasnt actually on fish)

Either bacterial or injury from an urchin or coral sting.
Do you have an urchin or euphyllia coral?
As this may develop into a bacterial issue, I would recommend treatment in quarantine with Seachem kanaplex or Seachem Sulfa plex

No I don’t have either urchin nor coral. I only had him for a few days. He was quarantined with copper and the bumps still worsened. Unfortunately he didn’t make it. I was wanting knowledge for future purposes.
