They've attached themselves to the walls of my sump and I don't think they move. I can see a couple here and there in the display and my Duncan hasn't opened in 2 days. Help is appreciated.

I second the pineapple sponge. Harmless, can be beneficial.

If I take one out it's kinda meaty. But there's so many of them. I thought Flat worms were super small.
