I started seeing these white sponge looking guys on my leather coral (on the plug) a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I’ve seen more and more smaller looking critters pop up in my heater (back chamber) and on my algae scraper. They don’t seem to hurting, a little bit of an eye sore, but I’m more worried about a breakout since they seem to be spreading.

The big puffy things are sponges. The small circular hard things are spirorbids. The pic of the algae scraper is too blurry to see what's going on there.
