What Can Cause Puffed Up Hammer?

Any thoughts? It’s a relatively new piece for me… just 2 weeks in my tank. It was taken from a much larger extremely healthy colony.

Looks healthy to me. Is it a frammer? Seems frammerish. Could be ballooning out a little if it’s getting less light than it’s used to.

I hadn’t thought about the light. That’s most likely the issue. The shop had it in quite a bit more light than I do. Thanks!
