I want to rid off from this glass because i want to put an over flow box and hang on skimmer , the width is about 5cm and they are holding together with some kind of silicon . So any suggests ?

No its cant be drilled some special kind of glass .

I think i am gonna make diy box with water pump inside it so it will be inside the tank on one side and pipes in another side ...
