What coral to place here

Hi! I was thinking of adding a coral here. I want something that stands up. Maybe a frogspawn or torch? Will it be ok there as my Acan grows on the side of that rock?

Torch or hammer might be ok but if the current pushes their tentacles that way the acan might get torched?

A duncan would be much safer.

Thanks so much! I did think about that. I have a Duncan on the right side of my tank and was thinking of moving it and maybe I leave that side for a torch. I’m just worried about the torch growing too big and the polyps getting sucked into the Nero behind it.
Also the flow of the tank goes from our left to the right. If that helps. Appreciate all the feedback!

Thanks so much you two! After seeing the response and thinking about it. I’m going to move my corals around. I’ll put the Duncan where both of you suggested. Yellow arrow. Move my toadstool leather to the right side green arrow. Since the polyps are not super long. It’ll be safe from the Nero and leave the spot where the toadstool is on the left for a torch purple arrow.
Thoughts?

Thanks!! Unfortunately don’t think I’m ready for SPS yet. Also it’s a biocube with standard lighting. That spot in front is low flow low light.

I suggested those for that exact reason because they are the more simple but hardier of the beginner sps. I could be wrong but from the images, looks like you have enough lighting. There’s also pocillopora type that are very hardy.

Thanks for your response and concern. I posted this on my tank thread. While I know a lot of reeders are against fake decorations, I did some research and made sure it was reef safe.
