What do you feed?

How do you feed your coral with Oysterfeast? Do you just add it to your tank or spot feed?

I spot feed and on the days I am feeling Lazy I just put it in a cup, fill the cup with tank water and dump it into a powerhead to disperse it.

Cyclopeeze, Rod's Coral blend, Coral Creole, and mysis blend in my frag tank i spot feed the lps and then after 15 minutes or so I kick back on the Korallia p1 and with the return pump off kick things up into suspension an then kick it off for another 10 minutes.
Then kick everything back on and let the filter sock catch the waste. In the display I do similar however I just dump it all in and let the fish freak out. I leave all pumps and the return on to the display though. Also started dosing phtyo as my clam got stressed with the move.

The only stuff I could find locally was H20 life rotifers and coral food so I picked up a pack of each. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now in conjuntion with soaking all of the fish food in Brightwell's AminOmega. I'm already seeing an improvement in some colors.

Fish poop is my staple diet :) I also throw in some oysterfeast and arctipods from time to time.
