I feed everything possible! Mostly frozen mysis, and brine shrimp. My acans are growing crazy.

Tuesday: 1/2 green 1/2 red algae sheet (Rod's Fish Foods) 7:00pm

The main display tank is 220 gallons mixed reef with a 110 gallon refuguim.

Livestock:
  • (2) B&W Ocellaris clownfish
  • (2) Banggai Cardinalfish
  • (2) Engineering Goby
  • (3) Blue/Green Chromis
  • (1) Vlamingi Tang
  • (1) Yellow Tang
  • (1) Blue Hippo Tang
  • (1) Yellow Clown Goby
  • (1) Wheelers Goby
  • (1) Magnificent Foxface
  • (1) Lyretail Anthias
  • (1) Pistol Shrimp
  • (1) Black Longspined Urchin

What do you guys think about feeding reef chili (and other fine foods) to lps? I know many people do, and the bottle says it works for all corals, but I normally feed mysis to my acans, lobos, welso, and zoas and they love it.
When I feed Reef chili everything opens up, but even when I target feed it I don't really see any reaction from the polyps taking the food to the coral mouth. Would they still be catching such fine particles?
