In my tank right now I have two damsels, two clownfish, royal gramma, yellow wrasse, blue hippo tang and a Tomini tang. I want to get another fish. What fish should I get?! The tank is a 50.3 water box.

The two tangs do not belong in there long term.
And you will see problems with aggression soon from the damsels

I am going to upgrade but I have had the damsels for 2 years now and no aggression. This tank is a perfect size for the blue hippo and tomini tang because they are really small right now.
If I had a penny for every time someone justifies putting a tang in a severely undersized tank because they are going to upgrade soon, I could buy an abyzz pump.
I would wait until your upgrade to add any new fish then.

Your selection is limited due to the size of your tank and your current stock list. The damsels and clowns may not accept a new member and I wouldn't add anything unless it's fully QT. Maybe a Goby or Blenny of some type but I would also add a bit more rock for hiding spots. BTW, nice looking tank.
