What in the world are these?

What are these tiny things on my snails shell. They appear to be a white/translucent feather duster, but they don’t pulse.

Looks suspiciously like colonial hydroids. Agree that a pic under whites is needed, but if they are colonial hydroids, I strongly suggest removing that snail completely. They are that bad.

Also, feather dusters don’t pulse, they retract from light, etc.
