So for the past few days I get an alarm from my Apex for missing modules and low wattage on my return pump. It corrects itself within a couple of minutes. Any idea what would trigger this one time daily usually around the same time 5:30 pm. It’s the same modules each day. Apex system is up to date

Those readings on your EB832 are way outside normal levels. Volts at 169 when it should be 120 supplied by your house, and the limit on each output is 7 amps, so having 3 different outputs showing12+ amps is impossible. Either your EB832 is failing, or its power meter needs to be calibrated.

Have you traced the AquaBus cables to see what the disconnected modules attach to? Any chance they are directly downstream from that EB832?

Haven’t traced anything. Not quite sure if they are directly downstream but these are my current readings.

is this something Neptune can diagnose on their end?

Suncrest is saying are the modules that are showing no responding plugged into the eb832 if this is the case it’s possible the eb832 is malfunctioning causing the other modules to go out

If I had to worry about all this technology I would leave the hobby!

Most likely will be something like a loose or corroded connection.

I’m don’t think so. The Wav’s use the one link. The dos uses a aquabus from a daisy chained Fmm module. I think the Trident is also on a module. Have to check. Guess I will also check if there is any corrosion on the aquabus cables to the modules. There shouldn’t be since they are isolated from everything else. I hope it’s not the EB832 since it’s only couple years old.

The eb832 do tend to be less reliable and not last as long as the original eb8.

So I figured it out! I am using an ADJ power strip and my Eb832 was plugged into one of the outlets. I was able to mimic the alarms I was getting by wiggling the power cord from my EB832 that is plugged into the ADJ strip. Every time I wiggled the cord everything shut down and triggered the alarms. I changed to a different outlet on the strip and bam no more problems. Always feels good when you figure something out and not have to spend money on something you don’t need.
