i cant believe i missed seeing this till now but what is this growing on my hammer coral ? The coral itself is doing fine its still fully extending which is probably how i missed this ! No discoloration or mucus on the coral no expelling any of its brown stuff like i said its fully extending i havnt noticed anything off with the coral itself but tonight as it retracted just before lights off i seen this and now im freaking out abit. All coral in the tank were dipped before being put in. I think i see smaller version growing under the base of my frogspawn aswell.

Tank parameter's
kh 10
ph 8.4
calcium 420
mag 1250
salinity 1.025
nitrate 5
phos under .2

Pineapple sponge. Nothing to worry about.

pineapples sponge. not harmful. but I'll remove it because it may be irritating the hammer.
