I got this Duncan about 2 weeks ago, and for the first few days it opened up fine and looked full and happy like it did in the store, then This has been happening every day for the last week or so. I don’t really know why this is happening but I’m fairly certain it’s not normal. Any advice? Or just leave it alone for a while?

Mine closes up on some days for no apparent reason. If your tank parameters, light, and flow are adequate then it's a pretty bulletproof coral. Mine was actually mostly eaten by a copperband butterfly and still survived, although it looked like it was about to die for a few months.

Looks like mine lately w short tentacles. Been feeding it 3 xs per week w mysis , seems to have started being happier. The shrimp bandits were annoying it like a Pez dispenser until I started using the pop bottle dome to feed ..excellent hack 20210726_180546.jpg
