What is the current firmware version and why isn't it on the website?

There is no firmware listed on the website for the two newest Apex models because there is nothing to download and install.

Go to the Network page for your Apex or Apex EL; it will show the latest and the installed versions, and if the installed version is older, you can upgrade just by clicking a button on that page.

Yes, but its nice to be able to quickly confirm online. With most products, relying on it to always be aware of an update can be tricky. Always better to just have it listed for easy confirmation.

When there is new firmware, the Apex will let you know by alerting you.

You can also check by going to the Network page and it will show you if there is new firmware.

This is all I really needed to know. Thanks. The website should have this listed. No hardware can not be trusted when it comes to this stuff. A quick confirmation via the website should always be available.

I swear Neptune has some of the worst documentation of any electronic I've ever purchased.
