What is the white web-like stuff growing on rock??

Parameters are ammonia: 0, nitrite: 0, nitrate: 0.5.
7 month old tank. Started growing on rock about a month ago and is slowly getting bigger. Fish, snails, star, and crab are happy.

Do i need to scrub the rock? Take it out? Is it okay?

He's always out in the open.

Sponges are harmless. Even beneficial

Sponge. Good stuff. Help with filtration. Too bad it's a "boring" white. Lol. I used to have a lovely yellow one.
