What is this and how can I fight it?

I believe this is either a rogue bacteria or dinoflagellates. I am not carbon dosing and all parameters look great. The sump gets slimmy stuff in it and the filter pad also gets very slimmy, water is cloudy too. Tank has been up for years no fish die off but coral are getting very pale, some colonies have died. Need some help with ID and what do I need to do to kill it. Thanks

Nitrate 0- which seems to come from the consumption of it by the bacterial growth may be?
phosphate 0
Calcium 400 ppm
Alkalinity 9
