What is this attached to my fish?

A few weeks ago this was attached to one of my blue/green chromis. It was there one day gone the next. Now it's hitched a ride on my DG. What the fish is it? And how do I get rid of it?

Isopod....baddddddd take the fish it is attached to and do amfreshwater dip to get it off!
 
Yep, some of them can actually eat your fish alive. I'd catch the fish and carefully remove it with forceps.
