What is this on and around my torch coral?

It's reproduced a lot in last few weeks, this is the only place I can see it in my tank.

Yeah, I'd say tunicates (sea squirts) because it looks like each little piece has two separate holes in it, but - sponge or tunicate - as long as it's not growing over any coral flesh, it should be just a neat, harmless, filter feeder.
