it's just a black feather duster worm. Harmless.

The fine feather when zoomed in would lead me to some type of fan worm or echinoderm.

No it looks like it stays under the hammer when I touched it in went under now it back out in the same spot

The “one” aiptasia I found on a zoa frag looked similar when it wasn’t fully extended. Lucky for you it’s a feather duster.
