What is this slime on Florida Ricordea?

Just received from reef cleaners today. Anybody know what this slime is?

hmmm not a great photo but to me that looks like a dead coral. if that is truly the case then the slime would be the coral basically breaking down.

That appears to be the foot which appears the ricordea was torn off a base or poorly cut and not healing well

When I took it out of the bag that it came in, a couple of small pieces of the coral flesh fell off. Any harm in leaving it in my QT to see if it recovers? I also had GSP delivered. That just fell apart into a couple of small pieces. Not impressed with the corals from reef cleaners. I just got them because I was already buying a CUC.
