Looks like a fireworm
+1 but can’t get a certain id with that picture. Could just be a common bristle too. Look up some pics of a fireworm and compare as your eyes right in front of the tank will do better then any of us with a picture can do. If a fireworm get it out

agree, but I’ve never seen a bristlework that big or with the two rows of bristles. Maybe try under white light, but I’m pretty sure it’s a fireworm. Remove it if you can

I'd pull it. Then at least you can get a better look at it to decided what it is and what to do with it. Small bristle worms are not a problem but some of the bigger worms can mess with your corals and fish.

Yeah, likely a fireworm with that bristle pattern. I'd pull it out, just be careful when trying to get it.

thank you, what do I do with it, it retreated under my rock, and it is looks to be like 4-5 inches long, how do I tell if it is a fireworm?

I believe fireworm, but really, some pics under white light will clarify as your pics are extremely blue.

I believe you have this:

do this, i can not identify your animal with so much blue. also bearded fireworms are not issues in coral free setups

You can make a worm trap like this. Just put a meaty food in it and leave it in over night.

sadly I dont think I could create a trap that big, due to my tank only being 32 gal

the most identifying feature of a bearded fireworm is a face such as this, i have not found much data for or against the consumption of zoanthids, most reports are of stony corals being eaten such as acropora, porites, montipora etc
