So I have hat this Blue Tipped Anenome for about 8 months now. Today I noticed he "expelled" this.

Does anyone know what it is? We have been feeding him raw deli shrimp and now started feeding him silver sides about 3 weeks ago.

Anemones typically expell things that do not agree with them. He may not like something you fed him or he fed himself. If he is expelling within an hour or so after feeding, then the answer is there.

agree with wendy. you might try feeding it some smaller pieces of krill or some mysis. i noticed that when i feed larger pieces they often spit it back out. the smaller pieces usually get fully digested and they expell some poo a day or two later.

Silversides arnt good for anemones reason being is the spoil relatively fast so whether it happensd before they frozs fhem and you purchased them or because you thawed them and theu spoiled i use regular krill works great
