WHAT is this!?!

I just noticed this dark spot on my coral this morning! This is the best picture I could get with the lighting as it is on the underneath side of the coral. It is only about 3 to 4 mm large but scary still the same.

Pretty hard to tell from the picture. Maybe use a flashlight to get some light on it and take another?
