A feather duster didn't die, did it?

These were on the rock when I got it . They never come no more than a 1/16 of an inch out of the tubes . That's when they use the tiny Web to catch the brine shrimp , flakes or whatever I feed .
Yours is differnt in the fact of the sand tube and the gob of webbing it is putting out .

To my knowledge I didn't have a feather duster lol. So I'm guessing not.

Did you ever remove the web?

I haven't and I just peaked at it before the lights came on for the day and it's still there it never retracted.
