What is this ??

Amphipods. Very beneficial do not remove them

Will it be ok to add them to my HOB refugium or will they eat the copepods I'm trying to establish in there

I am 99% sure that they cohabitate with no issues. I know I have both in my refugium.

Awesome. I'll add them right now.

What is going on with my peppermint shrimp. Is it carrying eggs?

Ok guys. I just spotted a hitchhiker on Turbo, my turbo snail. Lol. Is it a good thing? Could it have really been hiding for five months? Please I need help on this one.

Here it is standing up. Lol.

Is it actually posing?

Looks like it. It stood there for a few and then crawled away. I just want to know what it is. Not knowing is driving me crazy.

It doesn't have a big enough butt to be a Kardashian. At least that is good news!

Ok. I went yesterday to do a little tank maintenance on my 30 gal FOWLR tank. After surviving Harvey and an emergency stand replacement everyone is doing good. Only had one loss and that was my short spine urchin. All my fish are growing and very active. Even my mandarin. I rearranged some rock and noticed these orange things

growing on some of my rock. They open and close and are spreading. Water is very clear and all fish appear very healthy. I did loose one peppermint shrimp and I noticed several aiptasia growing on the glass so I picked up two more. Lol. Anyway I saw these and wondered what the heck. Thanks for any responses. It’s gonna drive me crazy until I know what they are.
