Hello friends! I was moving one of my smaller rocks and found this guy on the bottom! What is this can you guys id what this is?

What exactly are you referring to? It looks like there's a harmless feather duster/tube worm in the middle of the picture and that pink thing is a Sea Squirt.

I was referring to the pink/red thing. But if it's a sea squirt then that's good!
