Anyone able to tell me what this is in a bubble of my new nem. Think you can see it in the pic

Agree with James, definitely looks like zoox/bleaching...most commonly caused by a high stress environment, could be a high temperature change, too much movement in a particular parameter (ie calc goes way down or way up, SG drops after a WC)
 
Ah ok it looks a lot lighter in the pic than it actually is. It's a lot greener than that. Only had it a few days though. Any advice?
 
Any help/advice will be massively appreciated as I don't want to lose this. My son's favourite thing in the tank!
 
What are you parameters? Any major changes since the addition of this Nem?
 
How long have you had it for ?
If you had for more than 2 weeks , begin to feed it 2x a week.
