Is it in the sand bed or on the glass?
Quickly and swims around...how does it swim? Doesn't really look like a flatworm, looks more crustacean like to me. Need a couple pics to see though.
Abalone are a snail. They do not swim. I think it looks more like an isopod as well.
Some are, they are like ticks for fish. A select few are good.
You should positively identify it. It's really hard to tell from those pics. If it's the bad kind toss it in the garbage.So should I leave it or remove it? And if I do remove it what do I do with it??

You can look them up and compare to what you have. Can you see dark eyes from the top? If they are close together they are the bad kind. If they are far apart like near the sides then they are the good kind.How do I know for sure if it's bad or good though?
