What is this?!

So I’ve had this frogspawn for a few months, when I first got him home I noticed this little dots on his trunk but didn’t think anything of it. Did a little research on possible coral pests and found nothing that resembled them. They’re hard to the touch and don’t move so I ruled out any type of snail. It does like more are popping up hence my concern. Has anybody ever seen these before? Should I be concerned? He hasn’t really shown any signs of distress.

Harmless, great! I was thinking they were stressing him out a little because he hasn’t been fully opening but that’s good news. I’ll give him a scrape tomorrow
