So I turkey basted my zoas too much and then I noticed it tore up a little and started having these yellow things come out. It didn’t spread in the water column or anything big like that and didn’t really go much further from the place where it tore. All the other zoas look fine except for the one but it’s not even looking that bad. What is this?

Depends who you ask. They multiply fast, if the tank is over fed, and some say, they can irritate corals.I think as long as you keep them in check, you're fine. Overall, they are good detritus cleaners.

Reduce feeding. Feel free to google Spagetti worms. There are a lot of information on them. They aren't "bad" but it can get bad if you overfeed your tank.
