Just wanted to point out that it's true many species of jellyfish (true jellyfish being from the taxonomic class Scyphozoa) are/could be confused for hydroids while in their polyp stage, but Cladonema spp. (like the ones pictured here and in vetteguy53081's post above mine) are actually hydroids (class Hydrozoa).
Yeah, it looks like some kind of hydroid medusa to me - I'm not sure what kind though. Some similar ones you can compare with:it has small round tips
