Everyone loves their tanks, and we all have a favorite part of our tanks. Maybe it's the way we designed the tank, a specific fish or coral in our tank. Maybe it's equipment that keeps the tank running. Curious to see what everyone's favorite aspect of their tank is

My favourite part of the tank currently is this beautiful girl.

However because I only got her yesterday I suppose I should add my favourite part of the tank previous to her introduction.

The colours! That’s my favourite part, all the colour in the world can go into your tank :)
My other favourite part is the inverts. I used to be a FW tank owner but the inverts are what truly caused me to transition over.

I have a big tank (750g) and I like little fish. When stocking a tank with lots of Anthias, Blennies, Gobies, Pseudochromis, damsels, it's easy to lose track of fish.

I love when I can look at any area of my tank and see a little fish living it's life happily. Especially if its a fish I had forgotten about or hadn't seen in months.

Mind you currently in the 750g tank we are only 4 months into the tank and currently have over 140 fish to keep track of.

But when once a week or so I spot my pair of Blue Stripe Pipefish out and about - I just love it.

Or spotting that barnacle blenny in the side of the rock you never noticed.

Isn’t much room for much more

I can definitely relate to you, me and my wife have been considering moving out of our apartment soon just so we have more room, between a future reef tank, 2 cats and both of us with all of our stuff, we don't have much room anymore

That’s how we were before adding a 6’ tank in our living room and a 5’ square dog kennel on the opposite wall

My wife knows NOT to ask me questions about silly stuff when I'm doing maintenance

My wife is interested in the hobby, but she tries not to bother me as well when I'm doing research on a certain aspect, not to mention she doesn't care about the technical aspects of the hobby :grinning-squinting-face:
