Have had this tank running 7 months had it completely with soft corals but have decided to get SPS. Now that I have a lot less coral an algae has grown and won’t go away. I tried scrubbing the rocks, doing a wc and even testing Nitrate and Phosphate which are both close to 0. Any advice would be appreciated

Just went through something similar. I found that i was bottoming out the tank of nutrients between my skimmer, limit feeding and GFO. Catching and adjusting for more feeding, remove GFO and ditch my skimmer cup for a few days and its cleared up. Took a couple weeks.

+1 dino, the NO3 and PO3 being 0 is your problem. Bring up nutrients.
