Red Cyano, your phosphate and nitrates will read low since the bacteria is consuming the nutrients. Vacuum the slim off, clean all of your equipments. Clean your skimmer cup daily and change your filter socks if you use them daily. What you are looking to do is reduce you nutrients. The only real way to test your phosphated is with a Hanna Ultra low phosphorus checker. If you are not running GFO I would suggest running it now. It will take 2 two weeks to starve it off.
Some nuke the tank with slime remover but it comes back if the nutrients are not under control;)

Astrea and cerith snails eat it. It will keep coming back though. It looks like you have green hair algae and dinos too.
