What kind of crustaceans are those?

After zoa dipping dead crustaceans flew off of it, looks like freshwater triops or some kind of isopod with a shell, anyone know who can it be more specifically? Maybe they are harming?

Ostracods - harmless/beneficial; good clean up crew members.

Those would be ostracods. Somewhat similar to freshwater clam shrimp, but not really to triops?
