What my Mini bristle starfish doing?

So I’m not sure if this is related to. But I removed a large clump of Valeria from my sump and was manually removing from DT earlier.
I noticed all the mini brittle starfish coming out as usual due to catching food.
Now I see a lot of them doing this ! Is this like male starfish juice ? lol you know, to reproduce?
