What parameters could Reef Roids or Reef Energy AB+ raise?

Hi guys. Just tested my nutrients.. My Phosphate is bottomed out to 0. My nitrates is 26. I'd like to keep my nitrates as is but add phosphate. I feel like this is a good opportunity to feed my corals. I have Reef Roids & Reef Energy AB+ on hand. Will one of these coral foods raise Phosphates for me while keeping Nitrates stable? I’m not quite sure what it might do to nitrates, but as far as phosphates I stopped using Reef Roids because my phosphates started getting too high while using it. It will increase them.

Reef Roids will raise phosphates. Impact to nitrates is very minimal. Reef energy may slightly increase nitrates but not very much. Will not affect phosphates.

Both are made out of some sort of organics that when broken down will end up adding both nitrates and phosphates in some ratio.
If you are only looking to boost po4 you could dose it.
