what return pump for 210 gallon

going to build a 210 wanting some options on return pumps. external or internal. cheaper the better for me. im leaning to a mag 18. any help would be great

I put an laguna power jet 2400 on my 240 gallon. It is an amazing pump and is totally quite. I can not hear it at all over the rushing water. It does about 1200 gph pumping through 2 1 inch lines 5 feet high. Best thing it only uses 100 watts of power. Compare it to any other pump, efficiency wise it pays for it self in about 2 years. Mines been running a year with no problems.
