What size heater for 200 gallon?

You might consider running 2 300 watt heaters.

I run 2 - 300w in a 180 with 75 gallon sump, consistant ambient of 65F.

I run 3 250w heaters in my 150g, all 3 are set to 79 degrees, plugged into an inkbird set to 78, which is plugged into my apex which is set at 77.1-77.4
So the apex is maintaining the temp at 77 while the other inkbird makes sure it doesn’t go over 78 if the apex malfunctions, and if the inkbird fails as well, the actual heaters will shut off at 79.
