What size refugium?

I am getting a 28 gal. JBJ reef tank soon. I have read several different coments on weather to use a refugium with this small of a tank or not. Should I or shouldn't I? If so, what size and what equipment? I never had a refugium before. Any suggestions and why would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. :wink:

You don't need one.If you have the space/money/time and you really want one then do it. But it's not needed.
