Running AI hydra 32HD with moonlight enabled via neptune fusion and an MXM module.

Definitely seems like a crustacean to me. I have hermit crabs (blue and Florida red legs), two emerald crabs, a pistol shrimp, and a blue coral banded shrimp. Could these belong to any of those?

I’ve caught my blue legs hermits spawning and they look nothing like that. I’ve also caught my sexy shrimp, and while they are smaller than the types you have, they also looked nothing like what’s in your video. Really curious as to what you found.

How do you like the moonlight?

Setting up a new tank and im gonna switch to LED’s on this one, and I am strongly leaning towards getting lunar lighting, the 44HDs, cause they interest me 🙃

The moonlight is a little bright for me, but it works. I've previously had another crustacean spawn, likely red legged hermits. The moonlight options on Apex Fusion are a lot better than the Mobius/myAI moonlight settings.

Do you prefer to modify the lights using apex over Mobius for all? Or just moonlight

Thank you

If it's connected to the MXM, you can't control it through Mobius at all, not even for the live demo mode.

I got a couple friends who are marine biologists to take a look. They agree it is a true crab larvae, most likely from my emerald crabs. Definitely not hermit crab larvae, since they don't match the larvae I know came from my hermit crabs.
