What to do with saltwater from water changes?

I am looking what to do with saltwater from water changes. Is there any way to reuse it or refilter it for use? Otherwise, is it safe to pour it down the drain?

Totally safe to dump down drain going to septic sewer. You can also use it to kill weeds and grass.

I poured it on a Red ant hill and killed them all.
