What type of algae and what to do

I have GHA all over my rocks which is being combatted by adding some more CUC to the tank. I believe my marco dry rock is leaching so I am cutting down on light hours and feeding.

What is the pinkish algae growing on top?

Should I do a peroxide dip because I can take all the rock out since I dont have coral yet

Marco dry rock will not leech any nutrients. Your problem is else where.

0 tds, 0.03 phosphates, 5 nitrates, sand is fine unless its leeching. Idk.

Well if you have to scrape it off then the pink could be early coralline algae starting in same with purple.
